1 c. steel cut oats
1/4 c. golden flax seed
1/2 c. almonds
1/2 c. unsweetened, shredded coconut
1/3 c. honey or agave nectar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 c. olive oil
Grind first three ingredients (seperately) in a coffee grinder until a fine powder. Combine in a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put by tablespoon full onto a large baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Grease the bottom of a drinking glass and press each cookie to flatten. “Bake” in dehydrator or low oven for 2 hours. Cool.
